I teach Yoga in studios and groups throughout Indiana. The styles of Yoga I teach are Vinyassa, Yin, Restorative, and YoReiMa (which is the class I developed combining yoga, reiki and massage). I also teach meditation and pranayama (breath control- which reduces stress and anxiety). I am available to teach private lessons, along with small groups.
